Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of India, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.
Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Indian Rupees.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
All sales are final, and no refund will be issued. In case of a request for exchange, the customer has to provide the following details:
- The customer has to provide a proof of no damage to the product, or the product hasn’t been used by the customer.
- The customer has to provide the images of the product from all the angles for the investigation by the team.
- In any situation if the company feels an attempt of fraud, all the claims will be considered as invalid.
- The request for an exchange should be submitted within 2 days after the product gets delivered. Any claim after that day forward would not be entertained.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel it.

At SkyHair, we strive to offer fast and efficient shipping to all of our customers. We currently ship to addresses within India. Our standard shipping method is air shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST Monday-Friday will be processed the same day and orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
In the event of a delay or lost package, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
